Best for clients who…
Have an existing gym membership & a basic knowledge of strength training
Are looking to dramatically increase strength with professional programming following our unique phasing system
Require a more flexible workout schedule due to travel / lifestyle
Generally self motivated and able to follow & learn from written and video demonstrations
What to Expect:
Monthly session scheduled with one of our personal trainers to review upcoming program and walk through proper form /technique
Custom 4 week program accessible on your mobile device
Downloadable tracking sheets
Stretch / mobility guide to use before and after each workout
Weekly check in’s to assess progress and current goals
Video assessments and unlimited communication + support via messaging during training sessions

Small Group Training
