We offer classes for every level, beginning with the basics and moving through advanced flows.  Each class is capped at 20 so you receive the individual attention required to master the art of a warrior flow. Classes are held outdoors on Jacksonville's most beautiful beaches (see class schedule for exact locations). Each 60 minute session is comprised of a dynamic mobility warm up, warrior flow, secondary conditioning session & finished with a full decompression stretch. 

We ask that you pre-register and pay online prior to class start. Please arrive 10 minutes early to become acquainted with your surroundings. All training tools will be provided. Beach towels or mats are recommended and practicing in bare feet is encouraged!

This course will serve as an introduction to the steel mace. Focusing on mastering 4 core moves and incorporating transitions to create a "flow". This course is so much more than a beginner level class. It will provide you the confidence and knowledge to begin mastering the mace for better endurance & muscle mobility. Each week will focus on new landmarks and core moves to enhance your flow. 

Warrior 2

This course will serve as an introduction to the steel club. Focusing on mastering 4 core moves and incorporating transitions to create a "flow". The rotational areas to be addressed and highlighted will be broken down and we will provide you the confidence and knowledge to begin mastering the club for better endurance & muscle mobility. Each week will focus on new movement patterns and flows!

Warrior 3

This class has it all!  Each uniquely programmed class will offer a full range of tools including Steel Maces, Kettlebells, Steel Clubs, Sandbags, Battle Ropes, Medicine Balls, and Mobility Movements that will challenge your mind and your body!  Just when you think you have mastered your movement and equipment, you flow right into the next challenge lighting your Muscles and Central Nervous System up like a Christmas Tree!  This is our most dynamic and challenging class to date so be prepared for battle!!!
